Affirmative action officer

    The Affirmative Action Officer investigates alleged discriminatory conduct and ensures that the principles of diversity, inclusion, and opportunity for equal employment are upheld. Any questions concerning Affirmative Action are directed to the Affirmative Action Officer. Work closely with managers, human resource directors, and legal counsel when discipline or termination may have a disparate impact on racial/ethnic minorities, women, veterans, and persons with disabilities.

    Other responsibilities of Affirmative Action Officer:  

    • Guide the employees of all levels. 
    • Solve the discrimination complaints internally. 
    • Helps in developing policies to make the smooth employee experience. 
    • Arrange programs to educate the workforce about affirmative action policies, development, regulations, and implement them.
