    Employee Onboarding Surveys (EOS) are referred to as “exit interviews” or “end-of-training surveys” or a “midyear check-ins.” While there is no such thing, it still has its significance in employee recruitment and succession planning. The employees can use the Employee Onboarding Surveys as feedback to present their views pertaining to the company’s induction process.
