It also requires a constant upgrade to keep pace with the market change for better service delivery.
Cloud-based HCM: This is a scenario where the entire HRMS is hosted on cloud servers. The company does not own the hardware or software but pays a monthly or annual fee for using it. The cloud-based hrm provides a platform for hosting the solution, and all data will remain in the client’s environment.
Hybrid model: In this model, some components like payroll, benefits, time-off management, etc., will be on-premises, while other modules like quick-view dashboard will be in the cloud computing model. This model can reduce initial cost & have better control over sensitive data.
Software as a Service (SaaS): All modules of HRMS are available online through browser only without any installation required on the client-side machine. It offers a fully integrated solution to manage all your HR processes.
