A merger is a combination of two different organizations into one single organization. That is an acquisition or reconstruction of a smaller business by a giant corporation or the process in which one major company takes over the management and workforce of another. To understand the trauma that an organization reaches during the merger process, one has to look at what happens to the people (i.e., Workers) first followed by their organizational influence; hence, against this backdrop, a merger can be considered as the transfer process of workers between two different organizations. It transfers some employees from old to new organizations without any break in service.
