Reversal

    Reversal is the process of reversing employment decisions. Reversal may occur for various reasons, including because of a job candidate’s poor performance during a probationary period, the discovery that job candidates do not possess the required skills or education, or if it’s discovered that job candidates committed false representation on their applications. Reversal of hiring decisions should be rare.
